  • 24 Hour Telephone Banking - Our 24 Hour Telephone Banking System allows you to access information about your accounts with First Fidelity Bank by phone. You can check balances, transfer funds between accounts, verify cleared checks, and verify deposits made. This convenient service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any touch tone phone or cell phone. If you wish to make a change to your login or accounts, please contact us at  (256) 845-1077. Username and password information may be deleted upon request. Information such as your usage history, account information, and banking activity will be retained in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

  • ATMs - All Office Locations
    • Fort Payne LocationFUNDS AVAILABILITY POLICY DEPOSIT AT AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES. If you make a deposit at an automated teller machine (ATM) that is owned and operated by us before 2:00 pm CST on a Business Day that we are open, we will consider the deposit made that day.  However, if you make a deposit at an ATM that is owned and operated by us after 2:00 pm CST or on a day that we are not open, we will consider the deposit made on the next Business Day we are open. Funds from deposits may not be available for immediate withdrawal. Please refer to your institution’s rules governing funds availability for details.

  • Overdraft Privilege - Available for consumer checking and NOW accounts.
  • VISA Debit Cards - Available for personal & business users. First Fidelity Bank's debit cards are more convenient than writing checks and safer than carrying cash. Our VISA debit card is accepted at millions of merchant locations and ATMs in the USA. You must complete and submit an ATM / Debit card application for credit approval.   • Direct Deposit
  • Safe Deposit Boxes - First Fidelity Bank offers a variety of Safe Deposit boxes at all three office locations to fit your needs. Call a customer service representative at any of our offices for rate information and box sizes available.
  • Credit Cards - Available for both personal and business accounts. First Fidelity Bank offers VISA personal and business credit cards with competitive rates. Applications are available online or at any of our three office locations.
