FIRST FIDELITY BANK will never ask you to send us personal information such as an account number, Social Security number or Tax ID over text, email or online.

Your bank will never ask for your account number, social security number, name, address or password in an email or text message. They will only ask you to provide this information to verify your identity when you call them directly.

Be aware that your bank will never ask for certain information through phone or email.

If you receive an email, text or phone call from your bank for any information below, it’s a definite red flag.

If you receive an incoming call from someone claiming to be your bank, hang up and call the number on the back of your card.
